The Capy Frens ecosystem extends beyond NFTs and $CAPY tokens. We are building a multi-platform presence, including Web2 social media and physical collectibles. To support this, IP rights are clearly defined to protect both holders and the project.
NFT Ownership & IP Rights
Ownership of a Capy Frens NFT does not transfer full copyright.
NFT holders are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights, including:
Displaying your NFT on social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X)
Using your NFT as a profile picture or avatar
Showcasing in personal digital galleries or virtual spaces
Commercial or merchandising use requires permission from the CAPY FRENS team to ensure brand integrity and consistency.
Web2 & Social Media Integration
As we expand the Capy Frens ecosystem into Web2 platforms, holders can:
Share NFTs as profile pictures or content on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms
Participate in community challenges, fan content, or creator programs featuring Capy Frens
Engage in special NFT–to–social media utilities (e.g., digital badges, AR filters, stickers)
These integrations are designed to enhance community engagement while protecting the Capy Frens IP.
Physical Collectibles
We are excited to bring Capy Frens into the real world through physical collectibles, including:
Plush toys
Figurines
Limited edition merchandise
Ownership of NFTs may include exclusive rights to:
Pre-order physical collectibles
Claim exclusive merchandise drops tied to your NFT
Unlock special perks or experiences for holders
Important: The NFT itself remains digital, and ownership of the NFT does not automatically grant full commercial rights for physical merchandise. All physical collectibles are released under the CAPY FRENS IP guidelines.
IP Protection & Community Guidelines
All Capy Frens characters and artwork are protected under copyright by the CAPY FRENS team.
Any reproduction, resale, or use outside the approved personal or promotional channels requires prior consent.
Holders are encouraged to share, create fan art, and participate in campaigns without violating the IP rights of the project.
Any misuse of Capy Frens IP for unauthorized commercial purposes may result in legal action.
